We are a known distributor of SS 317 / 317L Flanges, which can be hot-worked using all common hot working procedures. SS 317L Orifice Flanges is available at market leading rates for our esteemed clients. Stainless Steel 317 Ring Joint Type Flanges is resistant to sulfuric acid concentrations up to 5 percent at temperatures as high as 120 Degree F (49 Degree C). To optimize corrosion resistance, a post-work annealing in Stainless Steel 317L Lap Joint Flanges is recommended, where resistance increases with molybdenum alloy content. Some applications that use SS 317 Threaded Flanges include: Chemical and petrochemical processing equipment, Paper and pulp handling equipment, etc. Stainless Steel 317L Socket Weld Flanges is a low carbon or "L" grade which provides resistance to sensitization during welding and other thermal processes. SS 317 Weld Neck Flanges is available in different sizes and shapes for our clients. Low speeds and constant feeds will minimize the tendency of Stainless Steel 317L Blind Raised Flanges to work harden.

LIST OF STAINLESS STEEL 317/317L FLANGES

Stainless Steel 317 Slip On Raised Flanges is heated at 1149 Degree C – 1260 Degree C (2100 Degree F – 2300 Degree F), and should not be heated below 927 Degree C (1700 Degree F). Furthermore, all common hot working methods are possible with SS 317L Flanges are between 2100 Degree F and 2300 Degree F. All common fusion and resistance methods in Stainless Steel 317 Flanges except oxyacetylene welding have proven successful.
