Stainless Steel 310S Seamless Tubes has exceptional potency and strength at cryogenic temperatures. Stainless Steel 310S Welded Tubes is very ductile and has good weldability enabling its widespread usage in many applications. After hot forming in Stainless Steel 310S EFW Tubes, a final anneal at 1832 ° F – 2101 ° F (1000 ° C – 1150 ° C) followed by rapid quenching is recommended. This treatment in SS 310S ERW Tube is also recommended to restore ductility after each 1000 hours of service above 650 ° C, due to long term precipitation of brittle sigma phase. Stainless Steel 310S Round Tubes has moderate strength at high temperature. Stainless Steel 310S Square Tubes has good aqueous corrosion resistance. Although SS 310S Rectangular Tubes has a high work hardening rate, it can be drawn and stamped. Preheat and post heat in Stainless Steel 310S Electropolish Tubes is not required, but for corrosion service in liquids full post weld solution annealing treatment is essential.

LIST OF STAINLESS STEEL 310S TUBES

Corrosion Resistance of Stainless Steel 310S Heat Exchanger Tubes is generally not used for corrosive liquid service, although the high chromium and nickel content give corrosion resistance. Heat this SS 310S Tubes up to 1040 ° C - 1150 ° C and cool rapidly for maximum corrosion resistance. Due to its high chromium and nickel content, 310S Stainless Steel Tubes is superior to Stainless Steel 304 Tubes or Stainless Steel 309 Tubes in most environments.
