Our Stainless Steel 316L Butt Weld Fittings does not harden in response to heat treatments. This SS 316L Elbow is used in food processing and pharmaceutical equipment. Our Stainless Steel 316L Tee has outstanding formability and weldability. This Stainless Steel 316L Cross often has slightly lower minimum strengths than standard alloys. Our SS 316L Reducer permits usage in severe corrosive environments such as isolator diaphragms. These Stainless Steel 316L Bend can be readily welded by most standard processes. The addition of molybdenum in our Stainless Steel 316L Stub End improves the alloys corrosion resistance. Our Stainless Steel 316L End Cap gains corrosion resistance from use of a nonmagnetic solid solution of ferric carbide or carbon in iron in the manufacturing process. Our Stainless Steel 316L Dish Cap has higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.

These Stainless Steel 316L Concentric Reducer has better resistance to temperatures of around 600 ° C – 900 ° C is needed. Our Stainless Steel 316L Eccentric Reducer is easily machined and easy to weld. Our SS 316L Lateral Tee has fabrication characteristics similar to Stainless Steel 302 Pipe Fittings and Stainless Steel 304 Pipe Fittings. Continuous use of 316 in the 850 ° F to 1550 ° F temperature range in these 316L SS Pipe Fittings is not recommended due to possibility of carbide precipitation but performs well in temperatures fluctuating above and below this range.
