Cahaya Bina Baja is a distributor of Duplex Steel UNS S32205 / Steel UNS S31803 Pipes, which resists sulfide stress corrosion and chloride environments. UNS S32205 Pipes has excellent general corrosion resistance and is superior to Stainless Steel 316 in most environments. Duplex  Steel UNS S32205 Seamless Pipes are tough to SCC than customary austenitic alloys. Steel UNS S32205 Welded Pipes is resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC) at temperatures of 150 Degree C. Duplex UNS S31803 Seamless Pipes has higher strength which is around twice that of Type 304 austenitic stainless steel. Steel UNS S31803 Welded Pipes should not generally be welded without filler metal as this may result in excessive ferrite. Duplex UNS S32205 EFW Pipes is not subject to inter-granular corrosion in the as-welded condition. Duplex Steel UNS S31803 ERW Pipes have higher heat conductivity and low thermal expansion compared to austenitic alloys.
